Returns

1-You have 7 calendar days of deliver the Order/item date, to return an order/item from the date you received it.

2-Your item must be in the original packing.

3-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof or purchase.

4-If have Manufactured issue as wrong Color, wrong size, wrong design no extra charges will request

5-If no manufactured reason for return, You will pay extra Return Charges depend in your City and Country.

6-If the return reason is change your mind, it won't return you will have Exchange only for one time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed. For COD orders refund will be made to customer’s valid bank account.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3-5 working days and from 5 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery is FREE and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
